Delivery - Marcon normally provides same day delivery for stocked items, usually within hours of receiving an order. For non-stocked items please allow one or two days depending on the availability of the item. Delays in delivery may also be experienced as a result of an incomplete or delayed physician’s order required for Medicare, MediCal or other third party authorization. Marcon’s staff makes every effort to assemble the required documentation with as much speed as possible, so that the patient can get what he or she needs with a minimum of delay.

Clinical - Marcon draws from its register of experienced Certified Wound Care Nurses and Physical orOccupational Therapists to provide either phone or onsite consultation to our clients and patients.

Customer Service - Marcon’s customer service department is available 24/7 to handle your every need.

Medicare/Medical Provider - Marcon has been a Medicare and MediCal provider since 1997. With proper authorization, it accepts assignment and bills the patient’s secondary insurance or the patient for any applicable deductible or co-pay. Our experienced billing staff handles therequired documentation for follow-up and submission to Medicare, MediCal and other private insurance companies and HMOs.
